Update Shop Pay Payments Method

Shop Pay Payment Update

Step 1: Log In to Your Account, here

  • Go to the website and click the Account icon in the navigation bar.
  • Enter your registered email address to receive a four-digit code.
    • The code will come via sms (if you have your number stored) and email
  • Use the code to log in.
    • No code? Check your spam

2. Navigate to the Payment Method Section

  • On the Dashboard, click “Subscriptions”
    • If you have more than one subscription then choose the one you want to update
    • Alternatively, click Account Info in the sidebar and select Payment Methods.
  • Scroll down to the Payment Method section.

3. Update Primary Payment Method

  • Select the current Primary Payment Method from the list.
  • Click Securely Update.


  • You will receive an email with a link to update your payment method.
  • Follow the link and provide your updated payment details.
  • For Shop Pay Payment types selection “Use a different card”

  • Enter your new information and click “Save Card”
  • After you click Save Card you MUST click “Update” on the next screen

  • Navigate back to your account dashboard and refresh your Heart & Soil account screen.

    • Now confirm your new card is present as your payment method.

4. Add a Backup Payment Method (Optional)

  • In the Payment Method section, click Add a Backup Payment Method.
  • Enter the new payment details and save.
  • This ensures subscription processing continues if the primary method fails.

5. Manage Existing Payment Methods

  • To remove a payment method:
  • Ensure it is not active on any subscription.
  • Select the payment method and choose Remove.
  • To edit:
  • Select the payment method, make changes, and save.

6. Confirm Updates

  • Ensure all changes are saved.
  • Verify your subscription details to confirm the updated payment method is active.
