Update Shop Pay Payments Method
Video walk through: Shop Pay Payment Update - Watch this if you are paying with Shop Pay. Be sure to follow every step.

Step 1: Log In to Your Account, here
- Go to the website and click the Account icon in the navigation bar.
- Enter your registered email address to receive a four-digit code.
- The code will come via sms (if you have your number stored) and email
- Use the code to log in.
- No code? Check your spam
2. Navigate to the Payment Method Section
- On the Dashboard, click “Subscriptions”
- If you have more than one subscription then choose the one you want to update
- Alternatively, click Account Info in the sidebar and select Payment Methods.
- Scroll down to the Payment Method section.
3. Update Primary Payment Method
- Select the current Primary Payment Method from the list.
- Click Securely Update.
- You will receive an email with a link to update your payment method.
- Follow the link and provide your updated payment details.
- For Shop Pay Payment types selection “Use a different card”
- Enter your new information and click “Save Card”
- After you click Save Card you MUST click “Update” on the next screen
Navigate back to your account dashboard and refresh your Heart & Soil account screen.
- Now confirm your new card is present as your payment method.
- Now confirm your new card is present as your payment method.
4. Add a Backup Payment Method (Optional)
- In the Payment Method section, click Add a Backup Payment Method.
- Enter the new payment details and save.
- This ensures subscription processing continues if the primary method fails.
5. Manage Existing Payment Methods
- To remove a payment method:
- Ensure it is not active on any subscription.
- Select the payment method and choose Remove.
- To edit:
- Select the payment method, make changes, and save.
6. Confirm Updates
- Ensure all changes are saved.
- Verify your subscription details to confirm the updated payment method is active.
