1. Logging In - Log in here.
- Click the account icon in the navigation bar.
- Enter your email to receive a 4-digit code via email or SMS (if phone number linked).
- Use the code to log in.
2. Dashboard Overview
- The dashboard displays key information:
- Upcoming Subscription Block: Options to ship, delay, or manage subscriptions.
- Recent Orders: View status and tracking.
- Subscriber Savings & More: Access recommendations, NPS survey, and FAQs.
3. Managing Subscriptions
- Navigate to the Subscriptions Page.
- Key Actions:
- Adjust delivery frequency or next order date.
- Merge subscriptions.
- Add new items to subscriptions.
- Delay subscriptions or specific products.
4. Order Management
- Order Summary Block:
- Apply promo codes and edit shipping methods.
- Track orders from the Order History Page.
5. Payment Methods
- Update primary and backup payment methods.
- Remove unused payment methods (if not tied to active subscriptions).
6. Account Information
- Edit profile information, including phone numbers and SMS settings.
- Manage delivery addresses.
7. Canceling or Pausing Subscriptions
- Click Cancel Subscription.
- Pause subscriptions instead of canceling.
