GovX Discount FAQ

1. Who is eligible for the GovX discount?
Teachers, First Responders, and Military personnel are eligible for a 10% discount through GovX. This discount can also be applied on top of our standard 10% subscribe & save option. 

2. How do I apply for the GovX discount on a one-time purchase?

  • On the product page, click the GovX widget to verify your eligibility.
  • You will be redirected to the GovX portal for verification.
    • New users must create a GovX account and upload verification documents.
    • Returning users can log into their existing GovX account.
  • Once verified, you will receive a unique discount code. Enter this code in the promo code field at checkout to apply the discount.

3. Can I use the GovX discount on subscriptions?
Yes! Follow the same verification process as above. Once verified:

  • Add your subscription product to the cart.
  • Enter your unique GovX discount code at checkout.
  • The discount will automatically apply to future recurring subscription orders.

4. I already have a subscription. Can I still apply the GovX discount?
Yes! If your subscription is active and you didn’t apply the discount at checkout:

  • Login to GovX through the links on the Heartandsoil.co website, same steps as above
  • Once you get a code login to your Heart & Soil account here and apply your discount code
  • You’ll receive confirmation that the discount has been applied to future orders.

5. I placed an order before learning about the GovX discount. Can I get a refund?
Yes, we can provide a partial refund for the discount amount:

  • Email our support team and provide verification of your GovX account.
  • Once verified, we will issue a refund for the discount amount (pre-tax and pre-shipping) to your original payment method.
  • We’ll notify you via email once the refund is processed, including the expected timeframe for the funds to appear in your account.

6. Troubleshooting Common Issues

  • I don’t see the GovX widget on the product page.

    • Ensure you’re using a supported browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari).
    • Disable ad-blockers, refresh the page, or clear your browser cache.
  • My GovX discount code isn’t working.

    • Ensure your GovX account is verified and the code is valid.
    • The GovX discount cannot be combined with other promotions but works for subscriptions.
  • I’m having trouble verifying my GovX account.
